This section gather together methodologies that can be used to design, develop, implement, manage and innovate services.
In this respect, the term methodology stands for a collection of:
- processes, i.e. a logical sequence of tasks that have to be executed in order to fulfil an objective. It defines WHAT has to be done, without specifying HOW to execute each task,
- methods, i.e. a collection of techniques that states HOW to execute each task, and
- tools, applied together with a method to enhance task execution efficiency,
that can be applied in the domain of study.
