This knowledge resources category undergoes entities, interactions, and outcomes to explain the evolution of value co-creation interactions. As the next figure presents, it can be described as a part of a UML class diagram in the SSKE ontology that encompasses the service science fundamental concepts.

It can be derived by the generalization of the concepts offered by the study of service systems and by the emerging service dominant logic, as opposed to the goods dominant logic.
