Context and aims

*To endow students with fundamental concepts about the process of development of a company and its obligations towards the government;
*To develop and extend the process of analysis in order to carry out a business plan of a new technology-based company;
*To develop presentation techniques according to investor’s agenda.

<br/>At the end of this course unit, students should be capable of:

*creating a complete, concise and well founded business plan;
*knowing the legal procedures associated to the creation of a new company, as well as its main obligations towards the government;
*presenting an entrepreneurial project with a technological base to a potential investor or financing institutions.<br/>
