Service provision involves people, processes and technologies. As such, developing and managing services requires multidisciplinary competences in diverse areas, such as technology and social sciences.
The Master in Service Engineering and Management (MESG) aims at developing competences to conceive, design, implement and operate technology enabled service systems.
