The course aims at presenting specific knowledge necessary for integrating business services, managing and maintaining the systems based on them. One introduces general notions of management, and also elements specific to integrated service systems, as well as the necessary steps for migrating from legacy applications to Service Oriented Architectures and Cloud Environments. This course is strongly connected to the scientific activity of the doctoral school of the faculty of Automatic Control and Computer Science, both as a support for PhD students during their specialization stage (the 1st year of their doctoral program) and as a generator of research subjects in the SOA, Services Computing, Services Oriented Computing and Cloud Services domains.
