The famous Test project

Airplane head.jpg

This Test project overview was completely created with the WYSIWYG editor. We would like to thank psiaki, michaelsking, and Robbert van der Steeg from flickr for their nice pictures.

About

The famous test project is a first class project. Many nice people take part in it, for example Fred, Mike and Sarah. They work together on a highly realistic flight simulator that will not only give insight into the daily lives of pilots, but also is real fun. It even offers to try out different types of aircraft. Daring maneuvers are possible with it as well as cozy and normal scheduled flights.

This is SMW+

Of course, the project could also deal with totally different things (e.g. with landscapes or men climbing up chairs..). SMW+ is not only a good choice for managing tasks. It is an extremely flexible software that enables knowledge management for any domain you can think of. But now we don't want to distract you from the actual WYSIWYG editor any futher. Consequently, the next few lines only contain the classic "Lorem Ipsum" dummy text. Have fun with the SMW+ sandbox tour!

Task List

And here comes the task list of the Test project (dynamically derived from the ontology of SMW+). It is generated as a tabular form, which means you can easily add, delete and change tasks without having to create new articles and annotations manually. This might sound "normal" to you, but in fact it is a powerful tool that puts in your hands the capability of cross-editing many articles at the same time on the basis of content tags (properties). Just try it and add a new task or change existing ones. Once you are ready, click "apply changes". You will find your changes afterwards also in Lesson 1: Tag Data!

Tabular forms is loading.

After adding your task click "apply changes" and then "refresh".
